If you’re concerned about your hearing or simply want peace of mind, our detailed Hearing Health Check is the perfect starting point. Conducted by qualified audiologists, this appointment offers a full review of your hearing function and personalised advice tailored to your needs.
YOUR HEARING HEALTH CHECK INCLUDES:

Health and History Overview
A brief discussion to understand your medical background and any factors influencing your hearing. -
Ear Canal Examination (Otoscopy)
Using a specialised light, we inspect your ear canals and eardrums to identify any blockages, infections, or damage. -
Hearing Evaluation (Pure Tone Audiometry)
You’ll listen to a series of tones via headphones, and your responses are charted on an audiogram, visually mapping your hearing sensitivity. -
Additional Diagnostic Testing (If Needed)
If hearing loss is detected, we can perform further tests to assess:-
Speech comprehension in quiet and noisy environments

Listening stamina and tolerance to everyday sounds

Speech recognition with hearing aids

The Hearing Health Check costs £50, which covers your full consultation. This fee will be fully refunded if you decide to proceed with a hearing aid solution. Additionally, you’ll receive £100 off your hearing aid purchase.

Upon becoming an Audiologist in 2012, graduating with a degree in Audiology BSc from Porto, Portugal, Pedro set out on a mission to make a difference in people's lives. Through his work, in the UK since 2013 in both the NHS and private practices in London, Hampshire and the West Sussex area, Pedro discovered the incredible importance of maintaining a delicate balance between hearing, balance, and cognitive skill. Pedro has dedicated himself to finding innovative solutions to enhance these aspects for his patients. Hearing in noise can be a tremendous challenge, robbing individuals of the joy of social interactions and leaving them feeling isolated.
As an audiologist and a family man, Pedro understands the value of meaningful interactions. Each patient is unique, and he approaches their care with utmost compassion and empathy. Building strong relationships with his patients and their families, Pedro ensures that their experience with him is not only effective, but also filled with warmth and genuine care.
